Who You Are
Who are you?
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer (agency or startup experience is a plus)
You think strategically, design functionally, and deliver pixel-perfect designs
You have a high level of proficiency in tools like Figma (and possibly Adobe Suite)
You understand how design influences behavior, conversion, and brand perception
You can independently lead projects and advise clients
You have a strong and diverse portfolio (web, mobile, possibly SaaS/platform)
Experience with motion graphics or 3D is always a plus.
Description
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused digital experiences. You'll work independently or as part of a team on a variety of projects, from concept to pixel-perfect final product. You're an expert in integrating user behavior, customer goals, and design principles into smart solutions.
You'll be involved in the entire process: from facilitating workshops and translating insights into wireframes to designing high-end UIs for websites, platforms, and online stores. Visual design or branding expertise isn't essential, but strong skills in those areas are a big plus.

Translate complex customer needs into effective UX/UI solutions
Design modern, scalable digital interfaces for a variety of devices
Work on projects from the start: from wireframes, flows, and user journeys to high-fidelity UI
Ensure consistency in design, usability, and brand experience
Inform customers about your decisions through well-founded presentations and design rationale
Coach co-designers, challenge developers, and collaborate with strategists
Facilitate customer workshops and design validation sessions
Contribute to internal projects and the further development of processes and working methods
